The internet did not work on TV or phone. Breakfast was good basic. Dated room . Bed good pillows not good

Overall was okay but the rooms are definitely dated. Can be more clean with the beddings as we did find stains on the top of the covers. The AC also needs to be fixed cause it was so loud and we had to turn it off over night.

Staff were very accommodated with issues we had with heat now working in our room.

We arrived around 8 pm and were able to check in immediately. The desk staff was very friendly. The parking lot was too full and couldn't accommodate the cars for all the guests, potentially because of some snow piles but there were also some transport trucks (no trailers) parked in the back. The bed and room itself was clean but the bathroom wasn't swept well. There was hair rolled in the anti slip shower mat and on the floor. There were spare pillows in the room and the fridge was bigger than the usual one you would expect. I like that the whole hotel is non- smoking. The heater wasn't overly loud and we slept comfortably. It is close to a gas station and coffee. The downtown area is a short drive or 15 min walk away for more food options. There is a YMCA down the street if exercise is important to you while travelling.

We had a really bad experience last night at Travelodge by Wyndham Owen Sound. At 12:45 AM one of your staff came into our rooms and shocked us and woke my baby up including all our family . This was very stressful and our family are disappointed. Your staff made me come down and have me sign 3 papers for mistake that was caused on his end. We want full compensation….. Who ******** comes into someone else’s room at a hotel after 12 :30. We couldn’t accept this issue and couldn’t sleep . My father inlaw and mother in law including my wife are extremely upset .
